Trouble signing in
If the password will not work
Parent accounts use the child's admission number as the username. Staff accounts use the username the office issued. Passwords are reset at the school office, not over email.
What each portal is for
- Staff — review admission applications, enter marks, mark attendance, publish notices
- Parent — report cards, attendance percentage, fee receipts, circulars
- School — the full management system: admissions, fees, payroll, transport, certificates
